Isivivane is an isiZulu word that refers to a concept found in a number of other African cultures. In isiZulu, isivivane literally means a pile of stones. This concept promotes the spirit of togetherness among people in society. It is an African concept that complements the Ubuntu principle in society, particularly the African society. The poems found in this book comprise of a number of themes, which include social issues, drugs use, culture, education, and educational issues in South Africa, life challenges, and many more.
